Services
We provide personalised training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, laboratory testing and online group classes, as described on the Programs page.
Payments
Programmes are one-time payments. Memberships and Group Exercise are billed monthly by card through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancellations
You can cancel a membership any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid month. One-time programmes are non-refundable once your plan or lab test has been started.
