What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, health goals and notes you share with us, progress logs, documents you upload, and booking and payment records. Card details are handled securely by Stripe and never stored by us.
How we use it
To deliver your coaching programme, manage your account, bookings and payments, send confirmations and reminders, and communicate with you by email or WhatsApp.
Sharing
We only share data with trusted providers needed to run the service (hosting, email, payments, the laboratory for your test). We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email info@newmehealthybody.com to make a request.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete it securely.
